This gin is produced using the London Dry Gin distillation method, involving the double distillation of whole-grain wheat. Following distillation, the spirit is macerated with O’Ventosela’s botanical blend—comprising juniper, coriander, lemon peel, angelica root, orange blossom, and nutmeg. Once the desired flavors have been extracted, the spirit is redistilled to yield a finer, cleaner distillate, characterized by its citrus and mineral notes.
