En el año 2018 y con el afán de producir monovarietales del Ribeiro, nace este vino 100% Torrontés que ha sido elaborado con uvas de una única parcela, situada en Castrelo de Miño. Reflejando las características que el clima y suelo de Castrelo aportan para hacer inconfundible las virtudes de esta variedad, dando lugar a un vino amarillo, intenso, untuoso y potente, percibiendo en todo momento las lías que lo caracterizan.
In the year 2017 the desire to produce monovarietales from Ribeiro this wine 100% Torrontes was created, it has been made from a single plot grapes located in Castrelo de Miño. Reflecting the characteristics that the climate and soil of Castrelo, contribute to make unmistakable and exalt the virtues of this variety, leading to a yellow wine, intense, unctuous and powerful at all times, perceiving the wine lees that characterizes it.
