El aguardiente de orujo es una bebida natural que se obtiene mediante la destilación simple de bagazo de uva. El proceso se realiza en alambiques artesanales de cobre, mediante el sistema de destilación lenta, arrastre de vapor, paso por columna de enriquecimiento para obtener la máxima pureza con afinamiento en frío, destacando su estructura y sensación floral. Con este aguardiente se elabora el licor de guindas, macerándo en frío con guindas que reposan durante un tiempo, destacando su destello rubí y su amargor final.

This Orujo liquor is a natural beverage obtained by simple distillation of grape bagasse. The process is carried out in copper craft stills, by means of the slow steam trawl distillation, step by enrichment column to obtain maximum purity with cold refinement highlighting its structure and floral feeling.
